It is our goal to exceed your expectations, and we will do everything we can to make
your stay in our vacation rentals an extraordinary experience. Please let us know
if we can assist you in making any reservations or arranging any special outings
during your stay.

Our property is privately owned, and we live on-site, available to answer your questions
and see to your needs. We are a vacation rental - not a bed and breakfast - but we
think our little cottages live up to the standards set by the area's finest. We'd
love to have you stay with us.
The Water Tower, the French Country Cottage, and the Italian Country Cottage all have private hot tubs. We cannot guarantee the hot tub will be available at all times due to maintenance, upkeep, and unforeseen problems. Hot tubs, TV's, DVD players, and grills are furnished as a courtesy, and are not guaranteed.

We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, but this availability does depend on bookings. Please inquire if you are interested. Otherwise, our check-in time is from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please inquire if you need other arrangements.

All our cottages are:
Non-smoking
No candles
No pets

Our grounds and cottages are limited to registered guests (1 or 2 persons only). No other non-registered guests are allowed unless previous permission by Windrose management.
If for some reason you would need to
cancel your reservation
after your deposit has been received
you have two options:
1. You will be issued a refund minus a $40.00 cancellation fee as long as you cancel with 14 days notice
(21 days notice required if 2 or more cottages are rented). If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, no refund will be made unless we are able to rent the cottage within that time frame.

2. If you think you may come back
to visit, we can keep your deposit on the books to use for a future visit
(without paying the $40.00 cancellation fee), if 14 days prior notice is given.


While linens and bath towels are included
and your cottage is set up for you,
daily maid service is not included.

We do not charge a cleaning deposit at Windrose,
but we do ask that you return your kitchen
in the same general condition you found it in.
If you would like to walk away from your cottage
without cleaning up the kitchen, we charge a $25.00 cleaning fee.

Guests agree to accept liability for any damages caused to the
furniture, linens, and carpet. Guests agree to reimburse
Windrose for costs incurred to replace, repair, or professionally
clean damaged items.
